Costa Azul
RitzG5 were a relatively unknown property developer with big ambitions for growth in north east Brazil. Bringing forward our rich pedigree in real estate, our challenge was to name, design, and communicate their latest luxury residential build, Costa Azul. In less than 12 months, we transformed RitzG5 into prestigious SMEOne award-winners for best small developer in South America.

The build's beachside location is the cornerstone to its name, Costa Azul, or blue coast, whilst the high-end logo design exudes affluence and aspiration.

A visit to the site in Natal, north east Brazil, and interviews with directors and investors, inspired the visually stunning CGI film and luxury coffee table book, the main platform for the brand's identity and rich vein of storytelling.

At Brazil's 2014 World Cup, we created a three-week experiential campaign, awarding HNWI investors with flights, accommodation, V.I.P. match tickets, and buggy trips across Brazil's coastal north east.
