KUPCO is the leading name in Kuwaiti poultry. To endorse their position, our challenge was to workshop with the client, audit the market, and create a new premium chicken brand to disrupt and transform the national psyche. Since its launch in Kuwait in 2022, our Al Deira brand has grown into the national gold standard.

Following workshop sessions and a market audit, we aligned KUPCO's reputation as chicken connoisseurs to their commitment to the highest standards in sustainable and humane farming practices. The Arabic expression for our land was crafted and Al Deira was realised.




In Kuwait's unregulated market, we created an industry regulation inspired Gold Fork Standard watermark; think the Red Tractor, British Standards Kitemark, and M&S' new Eat Well flower; reinforcing the brand's commitment to the best farm to fork experience.


Our high-end brand packaging was rolled across poultry products and company livery. As a result of Al Deira's gold standard success, KUPCO are now considering launching the range across the Middle East.
